Perpetual Technologies joins the Synergy Gravitas group

When I started Perpetual Technologies in Dubai, the goal was simple. Build a technology services practice that helps enterprises get real work done. IT infrastructure, process automation, workflow systems, the kind of operational tooling that doesn't make headlines but keeps businesses running.

Over the years, we grew that practice across the UAE and the wider GCC. We worked with enterprise and SME clients who needed practical technology solutions, not slide decks. Along the way, we developed internal capabilities in document processing, structured data operations, and AI-assisted workflow tooling, built for the kinds of documentation-heavy processes that enterprises deal with daily.

Synergy Gravitas, who were also a long-standing client of ours, approached us about bringing Perpetual Technologies into their group. The acquisition has been completed and the transition is fully in place. All existing client engagements and service commitments will continue under the Synergy Gravitas group.

Building a technology practice from the ground up in the UAE taught me a great deal about what enterprises actually need, where the gaps are, and how technology should serve operations rather than the other way around. I am grateful to the clients and partners who trusted us along the way.
